Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy was born in Miami Florida on 16 April 1996. Dennis Alan Taylor is a retired banker. Jennifer Marina Joy is a psychology student. His father was an Argentine of Scottish as well as English heritage. Her mother's ancestral lineage is Spanish as well as English. Taylor-Joy is the youngest of five children from her father's prior marriage. The family lived within Buenos Aires until she was six years old, and then moved to the Victoria part of London. Taylor Joy claims that her move to England was very traumatic. She was not willing to study English and was hoping to return to Argentina. She had to switch schools from Northlands in order to attend Hill House. In the following years, she attended Queen's Gate School and studied ballet. Then she dropped out of the high school aged 16 to focus on her acting profession. Taylor-Joy was born to be an actress from a very young age. Her dreams were realized after Sarah Doukas, the founder of Storm Management offered her a modelling job.
