Harry Edward Styles (also known as Harry Styles in the music world) is a British music producer and musician and. Harry Styles was one of the founding members of One Direction. He was born in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire, England on February 1 1994. He's the father of Des Styles and Anne Cox. Harry Styles went to the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive school, and with his three classmates, formed a music group called White Eskimo. They were the winners of the Battle of Bands in 2009, thanks to their outstanding performances. He was always interested in music but also wanted to pursue a career as the profession of a lawyer, physiotherapist, or even scout. He was employed at a local bakery part-time to help his family financially. Harry Styles, in 2010, auditioned to be on The X Factor. His single Is not She Lovely was and was performed by Stevie Wonder. The group had to separate. Nicole Scherzinger was the judge who recommended Harry Styles to be part of a new group named One Direction, along with Liam Payne Zayn malik Niall Horan Louis Tomlinson. Simon Cowell sponsored five teenagers to create the group in the year 2010. The group played songs, such as My Life Would Suck Without You by Kelly Clarkson and Total Eclipse of the Heart by Bonnie Tyler so the group were among the hopefuls for the prize. The group was however placed third place behind Rebecca Ferguson, and the winner Matt Cardle. Harry Styles did not receive any cash prize. However, Cowell has offered a two million-pound contract for One Direction in order for them to join Syco Records.
